Studio Shoot

So my friend, Kate, does hair and make up and is trying to put a portfolio together of her work. I've been doing a little photo work for her and we continued to add to it on Friday. Since it was rainy out we started in the salon and decided to just stay there. It turned out way more amazing than I expected. Favorite salon shoot to date. It was the first time I had ever met Rae and to sum her up she is.....well just look at that hair. That pretty much describes her. Enjoy!

Senior Portraits: Katie

So it was a little rainy the first day we shot so Katie brought her fun poka dotted rain boots. I decided I'd get a shot of those first.

Price Changes

So I know that it is only October, but as we all know the end of the year comes very quickly. I won't make you all think about any more than you want. The reason for this post is update everyone on a few price changes that I will be making after the turn of the year.

Weddings:

$500

This will include the entire day of the wedding. I will be there from the time of getting ready (or whenever you would like me to show) till the time the bride and groom leave the reception. This will also include a disk with the images. If the customer would like me to print out any of the photos for them then I will charge the expense of the printing.

Portraits (engagement, family, kids, and seniors):

$50/ hour

I have not yet come to a place of having packages for weddings. I have done engagement photos and love doing portraits. I would be more than happy to do an engagement shoot for anyone about to tie the knot. For those whose wedding I am shooting this fee will be added to the $500 for the wedding. This also includes the other type of photos listed above.

So I haven't had much activity on here lately. Being that I just started I'm still trying to get things off the ground. I have booked several weddings lately so I'm hoping that things pick back up and as a result, more posts. For right now I've put up a few more from the last wedding that I shot that I really enjoyed.
