Fall Rep!

So about a year ago I did Senior portraits for my friend Katie. I had a blast. However, this year, I decided to put before me a little project. I wanted to go back to a couple of the same spots that I shot her photos last year and to see 1) the progression of my work in the last year and 2) thought it would be fun for Katie, and her friends and family, to see the change in her in the last year. So here we go. I hope you enjoy!!! :)

Recently I was doing some head shots for a friend I went to college with. While we were out he and his wife decided that they would take advantage of the time and get couple of shots together. Here are just a couple of my fave's from the day.

INTERNET!

Well it is official. I finally have internet at home. I've been in my current home for 4 1/2 years without internet. Its made the work flow a little tough. Fairly slow you could say. I'm excited though and looking forward to things moving at a bit of a more normal speed. Here's to moving forward. Cheers!

So for those of you who remember some time back I did a maternity/family session with some good friends of mine.  There was one thing that stood out to me about that shoot.  Mainly because it seemed to stand out to everyone else who saw it.  Yes yes, it was the feet picture.  You know the one with the whole fam piled up on the bed. :D  Good times good times.  Well generally I don't like starting off a post with my favorite photo, but I made an exception this time.  I thought I would go along with the feet theme.  Seriously love this one.  Totally has daddy's boy all over it.  Doesn't it just make you feel safe?

When I looked over I saw his big brother reading away like no one was around.  He was focused.  I couldn't resist.

Wolff Family

This family came out for their family photos on one of those ridiculous Missouri summer days when the humidity is so high you feel like you're swimming. They surely stuck it out though despite the heat and despite some lack of sleep the night before due to a power outage. Troopers I tell you. Look at these smiles :D

This lovely little yellow dress was her mother's dress when she was a baby. I love that!
